Turmeric Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • Chia seeds
  • Plant-based milk
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Plant-based yogurt
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Soak chia seeds in your favorite plant based milk for a couple of hours in the fridge
  • Stir in a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a tablespoon of maple syrup if you want to make it sweet
  • Pour this chia pudding into your glass of choice
  • Add a layer of plant-based yogurt, add a second of a different color if you desire a color block
  • Top with frozen raspberries
