Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup leafy greens
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pitaya
  • 3 oz aloe vera gel optional
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder optional - I use Sunwarrior
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 fresh mango
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 fresh banana

Instructions
 

  • add all ingredients except for fresh banana, coconut flakes and strawberries into a high speed blender and blend until fully emulsified
  • pour into your favorite bowl and top with the remaining ingredients
