Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 serving vegan vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 oz aloe vera gel optional
  • 1/2 fresh mango for topping
  • 2 oz coconut flakes for topping
  • 1/2 pint fresh raspberries for topping

Method
 

  1. Place spinach, frozen bananas, mangoes, coconut water, aloe vera gel and vegan protein in your high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into your bowl and top with fresh mango, raspberries, coconut flakes and enjoy.
