Ingredients
  

  • 3 yellow potatoes
  • 1/4 head of cauliflower
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1/4 yellow onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Method
 

  1. steam potatoes and cauliflower
  2. add all other ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely homogeneous
  3. add whatever toppings and pasta you prefer and garnish with more fresh dill
