Vegan Alfredo
Ingredients
- Raw cashews
- 1 head of cauliflower
- Garlic
- Mushrooms of choice
- Vegetable broth
- Organic Non Gmo soy milk (more than 90 % of soy is genetically modified in the US so read your labels) You can use plain almond but the soy has significantly higher protein levels so if you’re having this after a workout soy is the better option
- Frozen peas
- Broccoli florets
- Lentil pasta
- Parsley
- Red onion (optional)
- Garlic salt, onion salt, sea salt
Instructions
- Soak raw cashews for two hours and drain
