Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup leafy greens
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen pitaya
- 3 oz aloe vera gel optional
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder optional - I use Sunwarrior
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 fresh mango
- 3 strawberries
- 1 fresh banana
Instructions
- add all ingredients except for fresh banana, coconut flakes and strawberries into a high speed blender and blend until fully emulsified
- pour into your favorite bowl and top with the remaining ingredients
