Turmeric Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- Chia seeds
- Plant-based milk
- Turmeric Powder
- Plant-based yogurt
- Frozen raspberries
- Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Soak chia seeds in your favorite plant based milk for a couple of hours in the fridge
- Stir in a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a tablespoon of maple syrup if you want to make it sweet
- Pour this chia pudding into your glass of choice
- Add a layer of plant-based yogurt, add a second of a different color if you desire a color block
- Top with frozen raspberries
