Turmeric Chia Pudding

Course: Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • Chia seeds
  • Plant-based milk
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Plant-based yogurt
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Maple Syrup (optional)

Method
 

  1. Soak chia seeds in your favorite plant based milk for a couple of hours in the fridge
  2. Stir in a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a tablespoon of maple syrup if you want to make it sweet
  3. Pour this chia pudding into your glass of choice
  4. Add a layer of plant-based yogurt, add a second of a different color if you desire a color block
  5. Top with frozen raspberries
